1. Hesap
En az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Tek kişi için birden fazla hesapla haksız avantaj sağlamak yasaktır.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hile, bot, açık istismar, başkalarını taciz etme, nefret söylemi, müstehcen/yasa dışı içerik, spam ve kimliğe bürünme yasaktır. Uygunsuz içeriği uygulama içinden şikayet edebilir ve kullanıcıları engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikayetleri 24 saat içinde incelemeyi hedefleriz; kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırabilir ve hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
3. Sanal ürünler ve satın almalar
Elmaslar, coinler ve kuşlar yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılan sanal ögelerdir; gerçek para değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve oyun dışında devredilemez. Satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; iade koşulları ilgili mağazanın politikalarına tabidir. Elmaslar tüketilebilir ürünlerdir.
4. Reklamlar
Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. Reklam izlemek ödül sağlayabilir; ödüller garanti edilmez.
5. Pazar ve takas
Kullanıcılar arası işlemlerde oyun içi komisyon uygulanabilir. Hileli veya istismarcı işlemleri geri alma ve ilgili hesaba yaptırım uygulama hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
6. Hizmet değişiklikleri
Oyunu, dengelerini ve özellikleri zaman zaman değiştirebilir, durdurabiliriz. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
7. Hesabın silinmesi
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Silinen hesaptaki sanal ögeler geri getirilemez.
8. Sorumluluk sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

1. Account
You must be at least 13. You are responsible for your account's security. Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
2. Acceptable use
Cheating, bots, exploits, harassment, hate speech, obscene or illegal content, spam and impersonation are prohibited. You can report objectionable content and block users in the app. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Diamonds, coins and birds are virtual in-game items with no real-world cash value; they cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and refunds are governed by those stores' policies. Diamonds are consumable products.
4. Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. Watching ads may grant rewards; rewards are not guaranteed.
5. Marketplace and trading
In-game fees may apply to player-to-player transactions. We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent or abusive transactions and sanction the accounts involved.
6. Changes to the service
We may change or discontinue the game, its balance and features at any time. The service is provided "as is".
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Virtual items in a deleted account cannot be restored.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
